All adventures are payable by credit card online. Lake Winnipesaukee Adventures (LWA) will make a refund of all fees paid if a cancellation notice is received (by phone or email) at least 48 hours before the adventure minus a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the 48 hour deadline, unless LWA cancels because of weather. If LWA cancels your excursion because of weather a full refund will be made.

• 100% refund of the deposit if customer cancels 2 weeks or more in advance. Less all PayPal fees associated with the booking

• 50% refund of the deposit if customer cancels 2 weeks or less in advance. Retained funds apply to future booking. Less all PayPal fees associated with the booking

• 0% refund of the deposit with less than 24hrs. notice. 

• When weather is inclement, we will work with you to reschedule the booking for the current season.*

*Inclement weather: Heavy rain for more than 30 minutes on the radar during adventure, lightning strikes and thunder on Lake Winnipesaukee or within a 20-mile radius, and high-winds over 17mph. The adventure will continue with a light drizzle and scattered clouds. If the LWA's schedule allots, the adventure may be pushed back 30 min to 1hr to allow for clearer weather. 

• If vessel or captain cannot make a booking 100% of deposit will be refunded.
