Payment Info
We require a deposit that equals half of your total adventure. There is a 2hr. minimum for any adventure. Therefore, if you are booking a 2hr experience, you would select 1 hr. for the deposit. If you are booking a half day adventure at 4hrs, you would select the 2hr. for a deposit. Upon arrival to your adventure, you will pay the rest in full.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund of the deposit if customer cancels 2 weeks or more in advance.

50% refund of the deposit if customer cancels 2 weeks or less in advance. Retained funds apply to future booking.

0% refund of the deposit with less than 24hrs. notice.

When weather is inclement, we will work with you to reschedule the booking for the current season.*

*Inclement weather: Heavy rain for more than 30 minutes on the radar during adventure, lightning strikes and thunder on Lake Winnipesaukee or within a 20-mile radius, and high-winds over 17mph. The adventure will continue with a light drizzle and scattered clouds. If the LWA's schedule allots, the adventure may be pushed back 30 min to 1hr to allow for clearer weather.
